Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream made a landmark debut in Florida last month, opening a new prototype location in Navarre that shattered company records. The Iowa-based brand reported $91,000 in gross sales during its first week, marking the highest-ever opening week and single-day sales in Happy Joe’s history.
Designed by Harrison, the new prototype layout is part of the company’s effort to expand its footprint and enhance customer experience. CEO and Chief Happiness Officer Tom Sacco celebrated the milestone, noting, “Happy Joe’s is all about creating joyful experiences for families, and to do that while breaking company records makes this opening even more rewarding.”
The Navarre store is the 47th Happy Joe’s location in the U.S., joining a portfolio that includes 3 company-owned and 44 franchised restaurants. The brand, founded in 1972, combines pizza and ice cream in a family-friendly setting.
