LONDON, UK – The wildly eccentric Anya Hindmarch Ice Cream Project has returned for the summer, and it’s already turning heads—and stomachs—with its outlandishly inventive, sometimes eyebrow-raising flavours. From Bisto Gravy to Irn-Bru sorbet and Sriracha, this pop-up ice cream parlour is back to push the limits of what counts as a dessert.
Now open for a limited time, the Ice Cream Project is famed for transforming everyday pantry staples into gourmet, small-batch frozen treats. This year’s collection includes flavours inspired by condiments, cereals, biscuits, beverages, and even body care brands, bringing back fan favourites while debuting new shockers.
