SHAWNEE, Kan. — Betty Rae’s Ice Cream is set to open its seventh store in the Monticello Center at 22350 West 66th Street, with an anticipated launch in early July.
This newest addition will join the popular ice cream brand’s existing outlets in Waldo, the River Market, Olathe, Prairie Village, Overland Park, and their test kitchen in Merriam.
Expanding its reach beyond storefronts, Betty Rae’s recently introduced a second ice cream truck to cater to events across the Kansas City area. The brand also started selling their products in local grocery stores in 2023, further broadening their presence.
On the franchise front, Betty Rae’s has opened a second franchise location in Omaha and is actively pursuing growth opportunities in cities including Wichita, Kansas; St. Louis, Missouri; Nashville, Tennessee; Denver, Colorado; Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Bentonville, Arkansas.
