Washington County, Maryland, has officially launched its highly anticipated 2025 Ice Cream Trail, inviting locals and visitors alike to embark on a flavorful summer journey through some of the area’s best-loved ice cream shops. Running from June 3 through September 22, the Ice Cream Trail combines summertime fun with community pride and a scoop (or several) of sweet indulgence.
The Ice Cream Trail highlights Washington County’s local ice cream scene, showcasing small businesses and encouraging residents to support hometown favorites. Each participating shop offers unique flavors and treats, making the trail a delicious way to explore the region.

Initiatives like the Ice Cream Trail not only offer summertime fun but also reflect the growing public interest in ice cream franchise opportunities and the latest ice cream franchise trends.
