Franchisee Brian Davis, who opened the new location, credits the support from family, friends, and the Quad Cities franchise network for helping bring the business to Creve Coeur. “It’s a real basic, indulgent, rich, vanilla chocolate base ice cream that the owners have developed this ice cream recipe over many years,” Davis shared.
