Toronto’s iconic Casa Loma is set to kick off ice cream season with its first-ever Chapman’s Ice Cream Festival on May 17, 2025. This exciting event will celebrate all things ice cream, offering visitors the chance to sample new flavors, enjoy live music, participate in games and contests, and much more.
Ashley Chapman, Chief Operating Officer of Chapman’s, shared her excitement about the event: “We are bringing our award-winning Super Premium Plus ice cream to this festival to showcase the best of the best in the world of ice cream. This event will blend the charm of Casa Loma with the delight of ice cream, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.”

Festival organizers also revealed that guests will be able to explore special showcases celebrating Chapman’s rich history, featuring interactive exhibits, exclusive costumes, and props.
