HANFORD, Calif. — Rosa Brothers Milk Company, a Central Valley dairy known for its glass-bottled milk, is expanding its ice cream offerings with the release of two new summer flavors, including a lactose-free option aimed at health-conscious consumers.
The newly introduced VIP Vanilla flavor is a functional twist on a classic, formulated to be lactose-free with no added sugar, and enriched with protein and fiber. According to the company, the flavor is designed to deliver full-bodied taste while supporting a balanced lifestyle.
“We’re thrilled to introduce what we believe is the most delicious functional ice cream on the market,” said Noel Rosa, president of Rosa Brothers Milk Company. “VIP Vanilla is perfect for those who want an ice cream that supports a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing taste. It’s the product of dedicated craftsmanship and careful development—give it a try, and we think you’ll agree!”
Joining VIP Vanilla is Butter Pecan Super Premium Ice Cream, a rich, indulgent offering made with a sweet cream base, roasted pecans, and golden-brown sugar, offering a classic flavor profile with a premium touch.
Both new flavors are now available at grocery stores that carry Rosa Brothers products and at the Rosa Brothers Milk Company Creamery and Retail Store in Tulare.
