LAKELAND, Fla. — Publix is making it easier than ever for ice cream lovers to indulge, announcing the release of its most popular flavors in convenient pint-sized containers. The new everyday lineup brings fan favorites from the half-gallon selection into smaller sizes, along with two brand-new flavors set to hit freezers this summer.
The pint-sized collection includes several beloved varieties:
Barnie’s Coffee – A coffee-flavored ice cream made with real milk and cream.
Chocolate Trinity – Chocolate ice cream swirled with Mackinac fudge and studded with mini fudge cups.
Cookies & Cream – Sweet ice cream mixed with chocolate sandwich cookie pieces.
Moose Tracks – A classic vanilla base packed with peanut butter cups and ribbons of Mackinac fudge.
“These everyday pints represent our most popular flavors in our half-gallon size,” Publix said in a May 5 news release.
Two new additions — Chocolate and Chocolate and Vanilla Crunch — will join the pint lineup later this summer. Pricing details have not yet been announced.
For customers with lactose intolerance, Publix has also expanded its offerings with four new lactose-free ice cream flavors now available in quart sizes:
Caramel Toffee – Caramel ice cream with chocolate caramel swirls and crunchy toffee pieces.
Cookies ’n Cream – Vanilla ice cream blended with chocolate sandwich cookies.
Pineapple Banana – A fruity mix of pineapple and banana-flavored ice cream.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel – A rich blend of chocolate peanut butter ice cream, peanuts, and cocoa-covered pretzels.
All new varieties are currently available at Publix stores across the Southeast.
