OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Braum’s is bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of México to summer 2025 with a new lineup of ice cream flavors and fancy sundaes. The Oklahoma-based brand is introducing handcrafted desserts that capture the rich cultural traditions of Mexican cuisine, offering a fresh, exciting twist on classic favorites.
Braum’s New Fancy Sundaes Lineup for 2025:
Tarta de Fresa y Crema Fancy Sundae: This sundae is a colorful fusion of fresh strawberries, creamy ice cream, and swirls of strawberry and chocolate-covered cake pieces, all served on two chocolate Bundt cakes for a decadent, multi-layered treat.
Chongos Zamoranos Fancy Sundae: A modern take on the traditional Mexican dessert made with milk, sugar, and cinnamon. This sundae features cinnamon-infused ice cream atop golden Bundt cakes, drizzled with silky caramel ribbons.
Fresas con Crema Fancy Sundae: A strawberry lover’s dream, this sundae pairs sweet strawberries with velvety cream and is served on two vanilla Bundt cakes, delivering a perfect balance of freshness and indulgence.
Sopapilla Cheesecake Fancy Sundae: Combining cheesecake-flavored ice cream with sopapilla pieces and caramel ribbons, this sundae is served on Braum’s fresh Bundt cakes, offering a nostalgic taste of Mexican tradition.
These new flavors can also be enjoyed by the scoop on a cone, in a cup, or blended into a milkshake, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.

In addition to the sundaes, Braum’s has introduced two standalone ice cream flavors:
Piñon Premium Ice Cream: This smooth, nutty flavor is made with roasted pine nuts (piñon), offering a creamy, earthy sweetness.
Mango con Chamoy Sherbet: A tropical treat with a fiery twist, this sherbet blends juicy mango with tangy chamoy, creating a sweet, sour, and spicy flavor explosion.
Cinco de Mayo Special Offers
To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Braum’s will offer special deals on May 5, 2025, including the new fancy sundaes for just $3.49, double dip ice cream cones for $1.99, and three-pint cartons of the six new flavors for two for $7. These limited-time offers are available at participating locations.
The new sundaes and ice cream flavors are now available at Braum’s locations across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas.
