Set against the backdrop of the 27-acre Harbor Point development, the new shop aims to offer more than just ice cream. According to a Thursday announcement on the Harbor Point website, Ice Cream Jubilee plans to act as a “true community hub,” engaging the neighborhood through partnerships with local artists, family-friendly events, and collaborations with nearby businesses.

Harbor Point, once an industrial hub of coal yards and lumber depots, has undergone a dramatic transformation over the past 15 years. The area now features modern office and residential buildings, with T. Rowe Price’s new headquarters recently bringing more than 2,000 jobs to the site. Adjacent to the corporate campus, a new public waterfront space, Point Park, is scheduled to open on May 1.

The addition of Ice Cream Jubilee marks yet another step in Harbor Point’s evolution into a dynamic mixed-use neighborhood, blending business, recreation, and community engagement.
