The affected items were distributed to all HEB stores in Texas and Mexico, as well as Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop, and Mi Tienda stores. The recalled products include:

3-ounce H-E-B Creamy Creations Chocolate Ice Cream in a 12-pack, UPC number 4122062948, with code dates stamped on the label ranging from 9/6/2024 to 9/14/2024.

3-ounce H-E-B Creamy Creations Ice Cream Lime/Orange Combo in a 12-pack, UPC number 4122081930, with code dates ranging from 8/31/2024 to 9/3/2024.

3-ounce H-E-B Creamy Creations Ice Cream Homemade/Chocolate Combo in a 12-pack, UPC number 4122081931, with code dates ranging from 9/11/2024 to 9/21/2024.

The UPC number and code dates are located on the back of the product’s outer bag, not on the individual cups. Unfortunately, no images of the recalled products were provided in the recall notice.

All products related to this recall have been removed from store shelves. Consumers who have purchased any of the affected items with the specified UPC numbers and code dates are advised not to consume them. Instead, they can dispose of the ice cream in a secure garbage can or return it to the store of purchase for a full refund.
