SAVANNAH, Ga. — May 15, 2025 — Leopold’s Ice Cream has presented a donation of nearly $5,000 to Make-A-Wish Georgia, concluding a heartfelt campaign aimed at supporting children with critical illnesses.
The check presentation took place Tuesday, celebrating the success of Leopold’s month-long initiative throughout April. Customers were invited to try a limited-time flavor, Pinango-Banapple—a tropical-inspired creation developed in honor of Sun, a Make-A-Wish recipient and the son of a Leopold’s team member.
“This campaign was especially close to our hearts because of Sun and his family,” said Stratton Leopold, owner of Leopold’s Ice Cream. “We are deeply honored to support Make-A-Wish Georgia and celebrate the joy that a wish can bring. We’re grateful to our community for joining us in making a difference.”
The donation will go toward granting life-changing wishes for children across Georgia, continuing Make-A-Wish’s mission to bring hope and happiness during some of life’s most challenging moments.
