BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Beloved local creamery Owowcow is once again in the national spotlight, earning a nomination in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Ice Cream Shop in America.
The nomination marks the third consecutive year Owowcow has made the prestigious list. The shop took home third place in 2023 and sixth in 2022 — and this year, they’re aiming for the top.
“We were honored to take third place last year and sixth place the year prior. This year we are going for the gold,” Owowcow shared in a Facebook post, encouraging fans to support them by voting online.
Public voting is open now through Monday, June 9 at noon ET, with one vote allowed per person per day. The 10 winners, determined entirely by public input, will be announced on Wednesday, June 18.
Founded in 2009, Owowcow has become a Bucks County staple thanks to its handcrafted, super-premium ice cream made from scratch using locally sourced, organic, and natural ingredients. Each location offers 24 rotating flavors, including 12 core favorites available year-round, plus seasonal specials, monthly releases, and options for dairy-free and vegan customers.
The creamery operates out of five locations in Wrightstown, Chalfont, Ottsville, and Easton, Pennsylvania, as well as Lambertville, New Jersey.
