PETOSKEY — Kilwins, the iconic American confectionery brand renowned for its hand-crafted chocolates and premium ice cream, has appointed Brad Williams as its new vice president of franchise operations. In this leadership role, Williams will spearhead the development of strategies and support systems aimed at enhancing profitability, operational consistency, and long-term growth across all Kilwins franchise locations.
Williams brings over 30 years of franchise leadership experience, having held senior positions with well-known brands including Taco Bell, The Krystal Company, Wingstop, and most recently Checkers and Rally’s. At Checkers and Rally’s, he oversaw operations for 580 franchise locations nationwide, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver impactful results.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Williams is an Army National Guard veteran and a survivor of both cancer and a tornado, experiences he credits with shaping his resilience and sense of purpose.
